How do I open my tablet and fix the pins in the charging port? It will only work if I wiggle, put pressure on and hold a particular USB charger in a perfect place & that changes every time. Pls respond I have no idea what I’m doing. Thank you

iView-776TPCII: No sound on the tablet

It has a headphone symbol in the top right corner beside the WiFi and battery symbol but nothing is hooked up to it and it has no sound..

Tablet won't turn on even when plugged in. Tried hard rest, didn't work. I get a battery with an exclamation mark whenever I try to turn the tablet on. It's my battery dead?

Freezes on everything think I do. It won't connect to Facebook. It stays in android position can't get it off. I've only had it 5 days n it has never work right. Its a 10.1 suprapad n I couldn't find it on your list. 1170tpc model

I can't find the option to turn on my device bluetooth
