iRobot Roomba i7: How to stop my i7 from spinning in circles in one place?

When I tell my i7 to vacuum, it comes off of the dock about 3 feet, and proceeds to just spin in circles. The wheels are clean, and the trash bin is empty. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help would be appreciated, we've only had this robot for 2 months.

iRobot Roomba i7 Plus: Why is my iRobot always saying to put the bin back in the station?

I already send my iRobot roomba 7+ back to iRoomba for reparations 2 times. But the problem is still not fixed. I always get the fault code “put the bin back in de roomba. I think it is a connection problem, because I already bought 2 other bins. And I keep getting the fault code . My roomba is not working. I cleaned it a thousands time. And the bin is in the roomba (the round think). I don’t get it. Sending it back to roomba don’t seem as an option as they did not fix it. And now my guaranty is finished. Thanks for the info or letting me know what I can do or where I can go to fix it. I live in Belgium.

Kind regards

The battery has gone bad and I am looking for a replacement. I found 2 options on the website: 2600mAh and 6800mAh. I am interested in the latter, however unsure as to whether it fits into my roomba. The battery compartment is 14x4.5x4.5 (HxLxW). Any suggestions? Thank you.

iRobot Roomba i8: Roomba i8 clean light circling only

I can't get the roomba to connect to the app, it wont do anything but the clean light is constantly circling. I've tried resetting it holding clean down 20 sec also all 3 buttons down for 20 secs. Light will go out like 5 secs and turn back on and do the same thing. I got a new battery for it. I've cleaned all the sensors that I know of, I've tested most of the parts with a variable dc supply the vacuum might need to be replaced I couldn't get it to run it would kind jerk a bit but thats all I could get it to do. The automatic charging tower light turns on when you place the i8 on it, it doesn't activate sucking the bag in there is new. I've looked all over for videos but there isn't a bunch on this model. I'm about to take it apart again and check sensors again. Is there a way to test sensors with multimeter?Do you know what's wrong with it?

iRobot Roomba i7 Plus: How do I replace the dustbin release button spring

I found that the dustbin would not lock into place because the latch would not engage. After taking it apart I found a tiny spring loose inside the latch. There is an obvious hook on the lever to release and engage latch for the dust bin, and beneath it is a well that the spring seems to slot into. However I'm not sure how to lock the other end of the spring into the well. Help would be appreciated!

iRobot Roomba i7: Randomly reboots while cleaning

I've bought a used Roomba i7. It mapped my home successfully and cleaned well a few times, but now it randomly reboots mid-cleaning cycle and doesn't return to the dock. It has 332 hours of use and has completed 635 jobs. I opened it and removed and reinserted the battery to ensure it was properly seated, but that didn't resolve the issue. Could this be due to a faulty battery? The issue occurs most often after it changes floor types or when it hits a wall.
