When on the charger the light just spins endlessly. It won’t let me reset it when I hold the button down for 10sec or 20 or 30….. as soon as it comes off the charger the light stop spinning. And then will go back to spinning once placed back on the charger. I have tried cleaning it taking apart, emptying out all of the filters and chambers cleaning the wheels and the brushes and I’ve even removed the battery and put the battery back in. Nothing changes.

Replaced the battery and still having issues.

When attempting to register, it says device needs factory reset. After performing factory reset, it says it failed and to try again. I also do not hear any tones or sound. Any recommendations? I've tried numerous solutions but nothing seems to work.
