iRobot Roomba J7: False Dust bin error

My j7 Roomba is giving a dust bin maybe full error I have done a factor reset on it and I’ve also cleaned it really well a couple of times I changed all the filters wiped down the sensors and installed new brushes and I’m still getting the error what is your advise on what I can do to get this working thanks for the help.

iRobot Roomba J7: My J7 keeps saying "empty the bin". I have added a new bag anf filter

Mu J7 keeps saying empty the bag the bag is empty and I have changed the filter added a new bag. I have cleaned out the collector and cleaned the brushes. Now it goes around in circles in front of the docking station

I have replaced the battery, rebooted roomba several times and done the router reboot, all to no avail. I recently got a new charging block and that isn't helping either.

why does the mop only go slightly out then back in? Never touches floor
