iRobot Roomba 960: Error 10 left wheel after clean with water

I’ve had roomba going over my dog poo 🤦‍♂️ I’ve cleaned the roomba with water and I suspect some water went into the body and got to the main board. After cleaning it my roomba 960 now complain about error 10 left wheel. I have replaced the wheel module but the error remain, which makes me thing it is not the wheel module that has the problem.

Any idea how to diagnose this issue?

If I’ll disassemble it do you think I’ll be able to see or fix the problem?

iRobot Roomba 960: Roomba 960 with recurring Error 6 message

We have just purchased a Roomba 960 Irobot to do the vacuum cleaning in our house. From the moment we started using it, it started giving Error 6 messages saying that the deveice should be relocated. Even after relocation the Error message persists. And we can’t get the cleaning done. I have:

cleaned the cliff sensors with a clothe, but the device has not been used many times.

I have rebooted it, deleted and reloaded the Irobot App on my IPhone, No changes. We live in an old house, with red tiles, but I wouldn’t characterize them as a dark floor. On occasion it has cleaned a few rooms without Error 6, but

I put it back on its base and restarted it, but it just went around and back and forth.

I have read that a wall guard unit would help, but I think this is an investment I am not sure will pay off.

Would be grateful for help here, as this has been a big investment.

iRobot Roomba 960: My Roomba 960 is giving error 6 Even when it's on the floor

Hello Technicians if you know about the popular robot Vacuum “Irobot Roomba" then I need some help with mine.

So i had a Roomba model 960 for about 3-4 weeks now and it cleaned my house great but then yesterday afternoon I started to get an error 6 message I thought to myself “it was nothing ill just clean the cliff sensors and it work again” so then I proceeded to clean the cliff sensors thoroughly with the cloth and tried to get it back to work again but it's still giving an error 6 message (Quick note: If you don't know what error 6 Is its when your Roomba is near staircase and won't move and needs to be place somewhere else). So then the error message won't go away I've also cleaned the side brush and the rod that spins the brush also no change in effect I've also resetted/ rebooted my Roomba also did not help. So I don't know what to do next. So can you please tell me how to fix the problem because I want a nice Clean home again. Thanks for reading technicians hope you find a solution soon :)

P. S. I have contacted Irobot customer care/service/support and they said I should return it to the store I purchased it from and I wasn't able to because the return date expired also they can't accept any robots taken in.
