iRobot Roomba 880: Roomba not picking up

I have had my roomba for about 1 1/2 years. It is significantly quieter than it used to be, and there is no air exhausting from the back vents. It’s still picking up larger debris but does not have much suction. I have cleared out debris from the rollers, filter, bin, and wheels and it didn’t help. Local vacuum repair won’t fix roombas. Any suggestions?

thank you for all your responses we determine that it was the side brush motor. Ordered a new side brush motor and No More Squealing! YAY

Again, thank you all for your help

My 4 year old 880 has starting squealing/screaming while running. I’ve cleaned everything but still scrams. I’m afraid it’s the motor, any suggestions

I have a broken charger pad that I think has been broken off inside my unit. I would like to get a replacement part before I cut into my unit to deep. Any ideas on replacement parts suppliers? Thx MD.

iRobot Roomba 880: will not take a charge

My Irobot does not seem to take a charge. I have bought a new battery . No lights are on on my roomba. Sometimes when I place it on the charger the motors turn for just a little while.

The light on the charge blinks when no robot is on it. When I place the robot on it it is a steady green.

All contacts are clean.

I have an 880. It started going in circles then said error 5, spin front wheel. I bought 2 new wheels and I still get this error and it spins then stops. I have always cleaned mine out really good. I spray it out with air after use. Please help.

does anyone know how can I take the lid off on Roomba 895? I’ve found a video by iFixit, and there it’s taken off with a light and elegant movement, but I with the 895 model I’m stuck now. Please share your experiences!
