iRobot Roomba 870: Why is my Roomba 870 only running 20 Minuets?

Okay so i have a Roomba 870 & i also have a 560 ... i have been charging them and testing both to see the run times ... My 560 runs for an hour sometimes more ... But my 870 Dies with in 20 Minuets "( .... Ive done everything to troubleshoot this issue ... Ive switched batteries between the 560 & 870 ... 870 still dies even tho the 560 ran on that battery for over an hour ... Ive even bought a brand new battery ... still dies in 20 minuets ... i have used 2 different docking stations, which work fine on my 560 and they do charge the 870 so i know that can't be the issue ... I have done the 30 Second reset holding the power button with the battery in & out ... I am loosing my mind trying to figure this out, If anybody has fixed this or knows WTH is going on PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Help me out !!!

iRobot Roomba 870: My roomba is not charging

I have just got this new roomba and this is my second day of using it. When it said that the battery was low it went to its charging dock and stared charging. After an hour it starting moving and the app said that it was going to its dock again. So I moved it to the dock but it didn’t charge. I tried wiping the charging heads and the dock and put the roomba back on the dock. I did charge this time but later it stopped charging.

iRobot Roomba 870: Why is the display of my Roomba 871 continuously showing RST?

We came back from holidays and discovered the roomba 871 had RST in the display and would not respond to charging, Clean button or any other button. I have removed and put back the battery and still get the same.

I have read jt in another forum it may be that the Clean button is shorted - hence why it is always as if it had been reset. Can anyone confirm ? And if that is the case, how can I fix it?

iRobot Roomba 870: Why does it just keep going in a circle?

My 870 is 1.5 years old. This is the first time that it has demonstrated this behavior. While it goes in a circle, there is also a blue light on the dashboard. I've never seen this light. We notice that the non-drive wheel seems to be loose.

iRobot Roomba 870: Dirt doesn’t go into the dirt cup. It goes into body of the unit .

How can I fix my Roomba 870? It does not seem to vacuum the dirt. The rollers spin, but the debris simply falls back out!
