iPod Nano 7th Generation: Digitizer possibly not working?

I bought a Nano 7th gen online and the seller claims that it was working flawlessly before, and from my observations the only issues is that while scrolling through or tapping the middle of the screen, it just forgets that my finger is there.

There's basically an imaginary horizontal line in the screen where it assumes I'm not touching it, which locks me out of certain menu items, and forbids me from scrolling with too big finger motions. Is there any chance I can solve this without replacing the digitizer?

My "sleep/wake" button is also stuck, but that's the smaller issue

iPod Nano 7th Generation: My iPod has audio noise when playing videos

I used HandBrake to convert my videos into MP4 format, which should be playable on my iPod nano 7th generation. The video imports and plays normally, but there's an issue with the left audio channel where it produces random noise.

I initially thought the problem was with the video file itself, but when I connected my iPod nano 7 to my computer via iTunes and played the video stored on the iPod's internal memory, everything played back perfectly without any noise.

Additionally, when I play music and quickly drag the progress bar, I notice a very brief noise, which is so short that it's almost unnoticeable unless you listen carefully.

The video format details are as follows: H.264, 720 x 576, 30 fps, Baseline. The audio format details are: AAC-LC, 128kbps, 48kHz.

I've checked my headphones and they are working fine. I've also tried restarting my iPod, using different format conversion software, and even importing the video using another computer, but the problem still persists. =(

Currently, my iPod hasn't suffered any severe impacts or water damage, and the battery hasn't been replaced since I bought it.

I suspect the issue might be due to battery aging, as when charging, it doesn't show the charging process animation but directly displays the fully charged state animation (although this could be by design). I can't think of any other reason for this problem. I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this issue. :)

So my question is can the ribbon cable that is in the red be removed and repalce if yes how. Now for the 2nd part the one in yellow the back cable brokeoff the top part of the tab and I am unable to remove it from the Connect to on the board as it's stuck in there is there any way to remove it. The the yellow has So much water on it that it looked corroded. Thay when I wend to pull it up it just Ripped off with it out the Connect to bean removed.

iPod Nano 7th Generation: Volume down button is stuck

So, at some point, the volume down button has become “stuck”. I say “stuck” because it moves regularly and sometimes I don’t have the issue. But most of the time, the volume keeps turning down all by itself no matter how many times I turn it back up.

I have tried using compressed air around the button exterior and have even wedged a needle between the button to get out anything that may have embedded itself but nothing seems to work.

If I have to take it apart to fix it, that’s fine. But I’ll need to know how since I can’t find a guide on it any place

iPod Nano 7th Generation: Completely dead, not charging, no DFU - possibility for revival?

My iPod nano 7G is just completely dead - black screen, not recognized by iTunes, not one sign of life. I know it does not charge, because it draws exactly 0 A from my USB power adapter (I have an USB power meter thingy). No DFU button combination works, just no sign of any life left. The charger and cable are confirmed working, there is no dirt in the lightning port. It does not get warm, as there is no current flowing.

Is there a solution to this? Is it even possible to diagnose and repair the defect that causes this problem?

iPod Nano 7th Generation: My data may be potentially overflowing

I have (at the time of writing this) 1,113 songs on my iPod, and I've noticed that occasionally a song will repeat itself. On top of that turn the device off(not sleeep mode) will wipe the cue if it's in the main song list, restarting from no.1 (what ever song it left off on will be the new first and the list is shuffled) but can still remember the time in the song which it left off on. This happens in most long playlists as well, i.e. About over 600(could be less, could be more, I noticed it after I added a very large batch of music) but the second it's playing a playlist that's shorter, it will function as normal. (Like I said, I noticed it after I added a very large batch of music, back then I was around 300-ish songs with 190 pictures and 2 extremely short videos before the large batch addition which brought it up too about 836 songs, 227 pictures, and 1 video) There is currently 5.7 GB out of the available 14.7 GB
