iPhone SE 2022: Mint iPhone screen showing display glitches hours after replacement

So I replaced the screen of an iPhone SE 2022, and initial testing showed no issues. However, the day after repair, the screen started glitching out (only showing garbled top lines, fading into colored bars, unresponsive, etc.) and only got worse.

I tried ordering another screen and replacing again, exact same issue. What’s going on? Is this a logic board fault? Or was I unlucky with screen repairs?

iPhone SE 2022: Screen freeze/goes back/color bars after installing new display

Hi all

I just replaced a cracked display with a fresh one purchased off iFixit. I've replaced an iPhone display a few times but this is the first I'm having this issue.

The screen sometimes does all black, except for the top half cm or do. It's also freezes, and sometimes has full vertical columns in a orangy colour. I opened it back up and cleaned the connectors and reinstalled.

I just installed this display over the weekend. There hasn't been any water damage.

Let me know if there's anything else I can try.

iPhone SE 2022: Can I swap an iPhone SE3's rear casing with an iPhone 8 one?

I have an iPhone SE3 (the 2022 one) and I hate this kind of stupid "midnight blue" color that Apple came up. It looks a bit disgusting. I want to have an iPhone SE 2022 with a pure grey color like the iPhone 8, but I'm not sure whether the rear casing of an iPhone 8 is interchangeable with the SE3.

I think it's identical, since I compared the repair guide pics and couldn't find any obvious structural differences. However, I can't seem to get a picture of a bare casing, so I'm not really sure. Can Anyone confirm this? If not, what do I need to mod to make it fit?

Also, do wireless charging work if the coils are separated by carbon fiber? I found this cool carbon fiber replacement for the glass on the back of the SE3, and I'd like to know whether wireless charging would be affected if I install it.

Any bit of help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

iPhone SE 2022: Use Components and Body of SE2020 and just swap out Logicboard?

Hey,
im thinking of replacing the logicboard of my SE2020 inside its original case with a Logicboard of the SE2022. I would also swap in the original 2022 homebutton for touch id, a new se2022 battery and the speaker, since these 2 parts beside the homebutton are crucial for the fix. am i missing something here or will this most likely work just fine?
I heared that the taptic engine might function weak if not paired with its OG logicboard and the truetone function gets lost due to not paired display, but i dont mind missing those functions.
im just unsure if everything else works just fine. Some videos seems promising. Maybe someone knows something these videos and i dont know? if so please let me know :)

iPhone SE 2022: Replaced screen now intermittent both touch and image

Just replaced the screen. Now, about 4 times per day, I need to reset the phone before the screen works again. Sometimes the touch stops working, and sometimes the image goes black except for the very top row which rapidly updates (looks like maybe the entire screen is scaled to one row updating one line at a time). Repair went well, using a magnifier to ensure connectors were seated. If I need a replacement, how does that work, and will the same issue happen again?

iPhone SE 2022: Faulty battery or Apple anti-repair anti-right to repair?

Just did a battery replacement for somebody last night phone said 0% when I plugged it in. Used an iFixit battery. He left this morning and shortly after unplugging the phone it died plugged it back in works unplug it it dies. Battery is not charging, is this a defective battery or is this Apple anti-repair since they sell the same battery for 5 dollars less? (after you find the super secret code and return the old one, if not it's 75 $ just to place the order). It did give the battery warning just like the previous model SE, unlike the previous model it never charged at all. I will find out more when I swap with a genuine battery. This guy seems to be plagued with phone problems or is it me, SE2020 Battery, screen, screen, SE2022 replacement phone, battery, now another replacement battery.
