iPhone 4 Verizon: Backlight only, no image after screen replacement

I replaced the front screen digitizer assembly on an Verizon iPhone 4. All instructions followed as outlined. Upon trying to turn the iPhone on, I see the backlight but there is no image at all. I disassembled, and reassembled rechecking all connections, etc. same issue. I have tried to soft reset, hard reset. Does not resolve the issue. When I hook the iPhone up to my PC it is recognized without a problem. Still it continues to only light the backlight but no image is displayed. Is something not making contact or should I conclude a faulty screen/digitizer assembly? Or is there another suggestion for troubleshooting?

iPhone 4 Verizon: Any way to install a sim card into a cdma iPhone 4?

Is there any way to still use this sim card on this iPhone? I don't want to have wasted my money on purchasing the wrong phone or sim card.

iPhone 4 Verizon: iPhone turns off as soon as I put the back cover on.

I work as a repair tech at a cell phone repair store. And this is something i've never seen as long as i've been working in the business.

An iPhone 4 CDMA came in for a screen and back cover replacement. So we did the repair and the phone worked fine. The customer came back in about a week later saying the phone wont turn on. It ONLY turns on when it's plugged in to the wall. So naturally I decide to swap the battery, and it still doesn't work. So I try more batteries, and none of them are working. I got fed up with putting the back on so many times I decided to try the rest of the batteries with the back off. The first battery worked, so I said OK. I went to go put the back on, and as soon as I put it on the phone died.

Then I took the back off and the phone powered up again, (powering it on with the button).

As soon as I put the back on, it works. As soon as I slide the back down into place, the iphone dies.

Also, with the phone back off and the phone working, it does all sorts of things. The battery percentage is extremely imprecise. Jumping from 32%, to 47%, and to 100%, and to 0%. I know it's not a battery issue as i've tried about 20 batteries. Does anyone think it could be the charge port? Or some kind of chip on the mobo that reads the battery's percentage?

I've never seen this before in my life and I need help, I can't find anyone else on the internet that this has happened to. I don't quite like having to refund people their money, and neither does my employer.

iPhone 4 Verizon: Inverted Screen (negative and bright colors) after Replacing Glass

I am having major problems with my phone! A few months ago, I cracked my screen. It worked totally fine, in fact I used it for like 2 months even after it was cracked because I could still use all of the features. When it got to the point where glass was chipping off, I decided it needed to be replaced. A good friend of my husband replaced it and it worked perfectly when he was done. About a week later I dropped it and the screen went blank. After charging it, it wouldn't turn on, but my alarm still went off and I could click the screen and hear it- just no display. It turned out that a wire just came disconnected and our good friend fixed it. THEN, another week later, I dropped it again (I know I'm horribly clumsy), but this time it wasn't even a foot off the ground. It was dead at the time and when I charged it and turned it back on, the screen looked really funky. All the colors were inverted and I could barely see anything. There is also a slight shutter/flashing in the background that makes it hard to see anything on the screen. I can still see everything and use it, it just isn't idea because all the colors are messed up and I can't see pictures well. Also, when you click on something new (for instance going from music to messages), it takes a few minutes for the previous image to fade. So when I am in music and then switch to messages, my messaging screen appears, but the music screen appears transparent in the background and then eventually fades. It's very odd. So we told our friend about it and he said a wire was probably just disconnected. We took it apart, but couldn't see anything really so we put it back together. THEN, there was this black splotch on the top right of the screen! What the heck. SO at that point I didn't want to mess with it anymore and make it worse. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? I have looked at SO MANY posts and I haven't found a solution yet. I have tried changing the black and white setting and turning it on actually makes it easier to see things. I have tried hitting the home button three times in a row. I have tried a hard re-set and none of that works!! I am wondering if there is a wire or ribbon lose, or if I need a new LCD. However, I took a screen shot and put it on instagram and on instagram the picture was totally normal... not distorted or anything. So I think that means it is the screen not the hardware. Please please please help me!!

I recently bought an iPhone 4 CDMA on eBay, and it has some problems.

The Wifi, and Bluetooth don't work. I have triple checked that all ribbon cables, and all other miscellaneous cables are correctly plugged in, to no avail. It's also strange, because the WiFi, and Bluetooth aren't greyed out, which is a tell tale sign of a corrupt baseband. O.o
