iPhone 4S: My phone is stuck on a flashing apple logo after battery replacement.

I recently got a new battery for my 2 year old iPhone 4S. I followed all the steps and everything seemed pretty fine except a little trouble with removing the original battery but I eventually got it out.

I replaced the old battery with the brand new battery, attached the little black connector back and screwed in everything.

When I went to turn it on it wasn't working. So I plugged it in to the wall and the apple logo came up. Then it went away. Then it came back, and so on.

I waited a little and it never booted up so I plugged it into my computer. It came up as an unknown iPhone and said I had to restore it. So, I tried to restore it and I got an error saying it was unable to restore it. (error #2001)

I tried a few other things by playing with the power and home buttons but it never came on. I decided to '''put the old battery back in after and aside from the restore I had to do which I lost a few things by doing since I hadn't backed up my iPhone in a while, the iPhone booted back up.

Now, I want to know what the problem is, I believe the battery may be faulty but I don't know for sure. My original battery is really bad and I can barely get a day's use out of it if I barely use it.

So please if anybody can help with getting the new battery to work it would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

iPhone 4S: Why iPhone screen has lines and dead pixels after screen replacement?

Hi, I have an iPhone 4S that was recently dropped and the screen got cracked. Everything was working, just the digitizer was cracked.. I got a new display and after the reassembly the screen had various lines, which were flickering, but the phone itself was working, I could get calls, talk with Siri, use camera, but I couldn't see anything because of the background and by the way there were like some pixels that were out. After I figured out I can't see threw the screen, I putted back the first, cracked screen into and everything was working. Can you tell me is it the new screen problem or is it something else that I could have done with the new screen?

Thanks in advance.

Here is the picture of what I get: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ki4fap367038gy...

iPhone 4S: Fix error-29 on 3UTools @50% of flashing

Recently I changed the battery of my iPhone 4S and itunes can't sign in then I need to sign in so I decided to restore it with iTunes but it gets error then I tried with 3UTools even switched and tried everything flashing options available for the device on the 3UTools dashboard including flashing from DFU mode but still those tools can't restore my iPhone 4S properly. iTunes just got blind fail and 3UTools gave me error-29.

Is there a way to solve this without using original battery bms tweak by changing the bms from the original battery to the new battery or installing original battery then restore and replace new battery afyer successful flashing and activating the iPhone 4S because I don't have access for the original battery(including the last usedRuggas™ battery too) thrown it unfortunately:/*, it was changed around 2018 and after that I am using another 3rd battery battery from "Ruggas™" and got same issue and bypassed using host file replacement but now I can't if I put the block on my windows host file and try to flash the phone iTunes can't connect to the Apple servers to do pthe proper flashing gave me connection error code for iTunes.

My newer battery brand is called "Moon™" another Chinese brand, same as "Ruggas™"

I don't know why it blocks update and why I can't bypass the issue wirh the host file method on this battery like what I do for Ruggas™ a long ago.

iPhone 4S: iPhone 4s keeps boot looping

My apologies for the very long post. I recently got myself an iPhone 4s for cheap. However, it keeps repeatedly showing the apple logo for a few seconds, and then it turns off. It does this repeatedly not matter how long I charge it. It doesn't even hold a charge so when I unplug it, it'll instantly turn off and won't turn on until it's charging again, even after I left it on charge for hours. At first I thought it was the battery so I bought an ifixit battery, but it still boot loops even after replacing the battery and cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. Luckily I had an old beaten up iPhone 4s at hand which still turned on and charged but the screen wasn't doing too great. I tried the ifixit it battery inside the old beaten up 4s and it charged and held the battery fine. Even the original battery of the boot looping 4s worked fine in my older beaten up 4s. Does anyone know what I can do from here or is this a lost cause? Any advice would be appreciated.

iPhone 4S: iPhone 4s screen problem

My old IPhone 4s has run into a strange issue. I have replaced the battery thinking that it was causing the black screen but it looks like tht is not the issue. If I disconnect the battery and leave it off for a minute or so the phone will come on as usual. When I power down it will not restart until I disconnect and then reconnnect. I only use the phone as a music player but would like to get it working again. It also appears that the home button has stopped too, I am not sure if this is linked? Odley when attempting to turn on it does appear to switch on but with a black screen. Any ideas

iPhone 4S: Stuck on boot loop while activating

I just bought a brand-new iPhone 4S from a thrift store today and it worked for the first parts of the setup. It then went into it's activation process and went into iOS quickly. It then turned off with a message saying "Activation Required" I opened it again and does the same thing over and over again. Anything I could be able to do? I already tried a force restart and Recovery Mode (with my MacBook Air, 13-inch, 2020, Intel) and prompted me to do DFU. It took a little bit. It didn't reinstall iOS and is currently stuck on the Connect to iTunes screen. Any help?

Thanks,

iPhone 4S: Error 29 upon replacing battery, OEM battery not available

I recently replaced my battery on my iPhone 4s using the battery from iFixit. Before the new part arrived, I naively disposed of the OEM battery, and cannot retrieve it anymore to do the traditional fixes to Error 29. I have attempted to restore my phone normally, as well as through putting it in DFU mode. This has not worked, and made my device essentially bricked. Any idea as to how to continue? I'd rather not try to find another phone to attempt that fix, so I'm open to any suggestions!
