Last Sunday I replaced both the screen and battery for my iphone from parts from here. Today, twice while using the my phone the screen goes black and won't open then comes back on to the lock screen. The last time this happened I was listening the podcast in the store. The screen went dark I heard my bluetooth earbud disconnect, before it returned to the lack screen.

The tech that replaced my screen is wanting an additional $80 to check why the front camera isn’t working. Is this normal? It wasn’t broken when the screen was cracked and I got it replaced. The face I.d. Was also still working. Can someone please advise?

Flash/Torch only works in camera app when taking pictures/videos, but not when you want to turn it on as a Torch manually, for example through Quick Settings. What could that be ? Is that a software or hardware issue ? Mind you the phone is stable, didn't restart even once.

I attempted the repair of a iphone 14 pro max outer glass using molybdenum wire but the wire actually went right through the polarizer film and the screen display. the display itself is still good but the polarizing filter got crumpled a bit. there is some glue left on the screen that bonded the polarizer film to the screen display but my 100 percent acetone cant get it off and i am wondering what i can use? moreover i see this replacement part on alli express being sold that comes with the polarizer already bonded to the outer glass but i am wondering if i buy it how could i get the side with the polarizer bonded back to the display screen... bear in mind that i dont have any laminator, so could some good old LOCA glue work or did apple use another type of glue to bond the polarizer to the screen itself

both front and rear lenses are foggy.front will not clear up. the rear three will clear only after heating up in the sun but come back fairly quickly. its water vapor.i just dont know the best way to draw it out. Does anybody know of a proven solution?

I was texting a friend today and all of the sudden the entire display turned green and with some distortion lines at the top of the display that seem to come a go as I apply pressure. Everything works on the phone minus only seeing green. No issue with sound, touch, auto dim, or brightness settings. Everything is working as it should minus the display. Is there a fix that doesn't require a whole screen replacement, and if not will that resolve the issue? Also, what caused this to happen in the first place?
