iPhone 13 Pro Max: Wifi, bluetooth, and cellular not working after drop

I recently dropped my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and as a result, it no longer connects to wifi, bluetooth, or cellular data. It also cannot send or receive texts or calls. I'm certain this is a hardware issue because it resulted from a drop, and I have tried all of the software troubleshooting methods available to no avail.

I want to know what kind of internal damage this could be. I haven't taken the phone apart because I want to know what my best option is, and it's possible that paying Apple an arm and a leg to replace it might be the better option. However, if it's easy/cheap enough to repair, I would be interested in doing that. My best guess is that the modem is damaged or disconnected, which I believe is an integral part of the motherboard. Is it possible to fix something like that? Is it possible a different component is damaged or disconnected that affects connectivity?

iPhone 13 Pro Max: Confused on this cellular issue with my iPhone

Hello everyone I have a weird situation here so I got a iPhone 13 Pro Max a couple of days ago it’s carrier unlocked so I went with boost mobile I signed up put in my IMEI they sent me the eSIM I installed it and great it showed one bar of 5G. The next day I had SOS come up and nothing worked after a bit it went to 5G full bars it somewhat worked as in sometimes it worked for a few minutes that would cut out but still say 5G full bars. So I called boost we did all the basics as in airplane mode, turning the iPhone on and off, reset network settings, I’ve even factory reset the iPhone with iTunes on my pc and didn’t sign in with my personal iCloud account I made a brand new one just to see and nope still that same loop of SOS and 5G full bars so they escalated it to the manger of the IT department and they did a full service refresh and tried 3 different eSims still nothing worked so I tried apples diagnostic for Cellular and it came back as everything was good besides carrier eSIM so I thought okay I’ll go to boost and get a physical sim so I bought one and I had boost transfer my eSIM number to the physical SIM card and that did nothing actually made it worse it won’t even show bars no matter what stuck in SOS. So what I did was I tried 3 different carriers AT&T eSIM, Visible (Verizon) eSIM and T-Mobile eSIM and yet nothing at all worked so at this point it can’t be boost maybe it’s hardware but nothing seems wrong with it as it passed Apples Diagnostic with Green and in Settings and About it shows the Modem version, both IMEI numbers and shows no sim restriction. Sooo now I call apple I got there supervisor doing screen share with me on the iPhone and doing a diagnostic scan with them and they reviewed it and said nothing is wrong at all everything is fine besides that eSIM yellow… so at this point I have no idea I’ve done everything I know how to do and done it 3x over I’ve tried different carriers all the same results I’ve done physical sim I’m just so stumped here…. (Also the modem firmware is correct and up to date and both IMEI are showing I also noticed since I switched to a T-Mobile eSIM it seems to work out in the middle of the woods but in the city it’s on and off) (contacted Boost who I had before said they show nothing wrong and it was escalated to the higher up tech and they found nothing wrong either so with it not being hardware or cellular what could it be?)

iPhone 13 Pro Max: Earpeace speaker not working, even after replacement.

Hi, first off i'm aware that this question has basically already been asked, and I had posted a question/comment on there, but it seems like nobody will get redirected there, since it is marked as solved, so here's my problem:

I ordered and changed my ear speaker for my 13 pro max because it was super quiet and hadn't gotten better even after cleaning it. After i replaced it didn't work as all anymore.

Going back to the old original post asking this same question; someone commented to replace the WLAN card because that is the connecting piece for the ear speaker to connect to the logicboard. I followed those steps, ordered a new one and am still having the same isse.

My questions are: what other functions run through the WLAN card that I could test to see if the connector to the WLAN card might be the issue?

And if I am able to diagnose the card either as working or not, what would be the next best step to get the phone fixed? What kind of repairshop can fix or diagnose things like this on a deeper level, and how likely is it that its an issue with the audio chip or something else thats harder to fix. And is it even possible to fix this?

Any help is incredibly appreciated!

iPhone 13 Pro Max: Front microphone not working after dcreen repair

I recently broke my phone and repaired it with a new screen. After replacing the screen and transfering everything over everything worked great except for the front microphone. When using it it records a small squeak noise and then is silent except for white noise. I'm wondering if this is definitely a hardware issue and what can be done about it. Here is a video that shows exactly what happens with the microphone:

This affects all videos, speaker phone calls, voice memos, etc. If there is even a workaround to use just the lower microphone in all cases I would do that as well.

iPhone 13 Pro Max: No service on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hello, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max currently running on iOS 18.2. It has been working without any problems until last two weeks. For some reason, the phone lost the ability to connect to mobile networks which makes it unusable. To be specific, it works only sometimes and without any problems as it worked before, but once it happens, the only way to fix it is to wait until it starts working again by itself. The phone just drops into searching and then shows 'no service.' I have also noticed that 5GHz Wi-Fi is not detected during that time, and in settings, there is 'mobile service issue detected.' The intervals between working and not working are completely random. Sometimes it fixed itself right away, sometimes it takes hours.

I read a few articles about it on the internet and saw that it happens due to the back glass getting destroyed, the phone being dropped, etc. Yet I have taken good care of the device – I was using a phone case all the time, it was never water damaged or opened internally, nor was it dropped hard. The phone is in perfect condition.

I have tried restarts, airplane mode, reset network settings, recovery restore, DFU restore, using only eSIM or only a physical SIM, etc. Nothing worked.

What is weird is that when I tried the diagnostics mode by holding volume buttons and connecting a cable, nothing was detected. I did not get any errors even on the RF module. After checking with 3Utools, I do have both IMEI and baseband firmware version.

Did anyone encounter a problem like this?

Thank you so much for your help and have a nice day.

iPhone 13 Pro Max: iPhone 13 Pro Max - restarts every 3 mins / Sensor 0x800

Hello! I have a question. I recently fought with a heavy patient after several services performed by people who badly damaged the iPhone 13 Pro Max. In general, when it comes to the condition of the device, I immediately say that the tapes were not in the best condition, so one of them was definitely damaged during the next (my) disassembly of the back cover of the phone. I'm taking it on the chest! The situation is that the phone restarts after about 2-3 minutes. Evidently watchdag reports some HW corruption. I checked the logs and it is SMC PANIC ASSERTION FAILED - Sensor 0x800. According to what I found on the internet, it will be a damaged charging port. Given that it works properly, I bet on the tape from the microphone. Both microphones work ok. Hence my question - Can the fact that the microphone and the charging port work properly still mean that the tape is damaged to some extent? Are there people in the room who solved this problem?
