iPhone 13 Pro: Not sure what I shorted when replacing the battery

Howdy. Not my first time replacing an iphone battery but definitely the first time to have this issue.

Replaced my phone's battery following this video and after turning the phone on I noticed a spark and some smoke coming from the top screen ribbon connector. The screen displayed the flashing signal to charge battery and the top connector popped off. once the screen stopped flashing i unplugged all the connectors and tried again. phone turned on without issue but I noted smoking and excessive heat at both of the screen ribbon connectors. screen worked fine, scrolled and touched well. removed the screen and unplugged the battery.

I do not know what type of damage I have done to my phone and wanted to know if anyone could possibly provide some insight. I thought the connectors were fully plugged into the device when attempting to power it on but I am guessing they weren't. Before you ask: yes, the battery was plugged in, I followed the video and realize now that I should not have done that.

any advice/pointers/ideas? I am looking for a repair shop right now but worry that i fried/shorted something tiny that would require mirco soldering.

iPhone 13 Pro: Why doesn’t my phone have service?

I’ve been having this problem, for about a week and a half, where most of the time my phone has no service and randomly it would have service. The time it would have service, it feels like half the day it would last. I have not had this problem before and I’ve been going only to work and back home. I’ve had the phone for roughly four years at this point as well as kept it updated.

iPhone 13 Pro: What's a Good Grinding Pen for Stripped Pentalobe Screws

Hey! I recently got some stripped pentalobe screws on my iPhone 13 Pro and I was wanting to take them out. Since they're stripped, they're really really hard to get out and I saw on some places on the Internet that a grinding pen would work. If that would work, what's a good grinding pen for the job? I have no idea what to look for and what's a good one or what's a bad one. If someone can help me out here, that would be great!

iPhone 13 Pro: Replaced battery, but suction cup on screen left a “yellowed” spot.

I replaced a battery in my iPhone 13 Pro, but the screen now has a yellowed spot around where the suction cup was (which took some pulling to lift even with a well heated phone. The display still works fine, and that area is barely noticeable when the screen is in use. But it’s very noticeable when the screen is black or off. Is this fixable? Is it a pressure spot? It seems a little higher than where I had the suction cup...maybe where all the downward pressure was going while pulling back on the suction cup.

iPhone 13 Pro: Is it normal to have to re-pair earbuds after switching bluetooth on?

iPhone 13 Pro: Phone showing no signs of life

Bought a destroyed iPhone 13 Pro on eBay as a fun restoration project. There is no water damage, and the logic board is in perfect cosmetic condition, so I replaced the back glass, display, and battery. After all that, the phone shows no signs of life, even after trying all the tricks found online. When a lightning cable is connected, it draws almost no power at all, even though the port has been thoroughly cleaned. On a wireless charger, the charger will react, showing it's sending power, but the phone still won't do anything. Is the logic board toast, or is this fixable?

iPhone 13 Pro: Accidently seperated the glass from the screen.

I have an Iphone 13 Pro, that I wanted to do a battery replacement with. During the removal of the screen, I think instead of having my pick going into frame and into the space where the screen was, it went into the gap where the screen and the glass made contact. I gave up after 30 minutes, and upon booting I found white lines and weird artifacts on the screen and I just felt defeated. I ordered a replacement screen, but while trying to install it, the suction cup basically doesn't suction the entire screen anymore but only that piece of glass. It's essentially impossible for me to reach in, and remove it. I gave up again and I'm on this forum. Before making this post, I also tried to charge it and plug it back in to see if it still booted, which it does not anymore. Is there anyway I could have made things worse? My only actions were to use the suction cup and a razor to make a gap large enough for my pick to go in. It booted this morning and it just doesn't do that anymore. I know for sure it's likely not just the screen because the silent switch isn't making that feedback haptic, so it's likely not turning on at all. I want to be able to get into the phone before anything, and I'm also just wondering how I can possibly remove the screen at this point.

iPhone 13 Pro: The screen turned yellow after the fall

My phone has been falling to the ground, and the screen has turned completely yellow. The protective glass shattered, so I removed it and discovered that the screen glass is still intact. I wanted to replace the screen at an authorized service center (the screen price is €400), but because the back glass was already damaged beforehand, they refused to replace just the screen. They insisted on replacing both the screen and the back of the phone for €700+. Therefore, I've decided to take matters into my own hands and seek your assistance in finding where I could purchase a cheaper screen (whether it's a replica, original, or used, as long as it functions optimally). Could I possibly use a screen from another iPhone?
