iPad LTE: iPad 8th gen LTE flaky

iPad works good on wi-fi. On LTE it’s iffy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it works slow and sometimes not at all. I have AT&T as a provider with my iPad and my cell phone (iPhone 12 mini) on the same plan. The iPhone works great and when the iPad doesn’t work I hotspot off my phone and everything is ok til I run out of hotspot data. So I don’t think it’s a carrier problem, it’s more of a receiver problem. What do you think?

iPad LTE: Plastic front camera bracket ipad 8th lte part number

Hi, I am trying to find the front camera bracket similar to the below pic which shows the regular 8th gen bracket except I need one for the ipad 8 "lte" version. Everrywhere I look they only sell the bracket for the regular ipad 8 but not the one from the lte version which is different as it's much flatter. Anyone know the part number if there is?

iPad LTE: Home Button Flex Cable Repair

When removing a very shattered diffuser from my iPad 8 I managed to damage the home button flex cable. Rather than just replace the button with a generic home button assembly, and losing the fingerprint ID function, I want to repair the flex cable. The cable is a two part cable with the different sections soldered together via multiple pads. The damage is to the section of cable with the motherboard connector. I want to do the repair by pulling the section I need from a generic assembly and soldering it to the home button section.

The problem is there are a lot of flex cable button assemblies available. Some of them are two piece cables but some of them are one piece cables which will not work for this repair. It is almost impossible to tell which is which from photos.

Does anyone know who sells a cable that will work for this?
