iMac Pro: iMac Pro Memory Maxxer RAM Upgrade Kit

Hello!

I want to upgrade memory for my iMac Pro but I'm confused with some details about this memory upgrade kit - as far as I see the original memory module has 288 pin connector but modules in upgrade kit have only 260 pin connectors - how it could be? Will the 260 pin memory module work in 288 pin connector slot?

Best regards,

iMac Pro: iMac Pro Doesn't Power On

I replaced everything inside the iMac, psu, fan, logic board. Now I don’t even hear the faint beep that the psu was making. No led’s no fan, nothing. I’m baffled.

Getting 12v, but no power no led!

iMac Pro: Has anybody upgraded the iMac Pro with RAM that is not from OWC?

I want to upgrade an iMac Pro to 128GB of RAM, but the OWC upgrade kits are quite expensive. I’ve also have some bad experiences with OWC in the past. However, I would like to know if anybody has had success using DDR4 EEC RAM from any other brand? I fear going through all the trouble of putting in new RAM only to find out it’s not compatible.
