This happens whenever I try to play music, or ask Alexa a question, or even when it’s trying to alarm! I don’t use the Bluetooth at all, but tested it, with the same results. I’ve followed instructions via support phone…to email support. They say they will respond in 24 hours…..they NEVER respond!!

I’ve tried factory reset, unplugging, replugging, changing the outlet, bringing it closer to router, and signing out and back in from the app. Deleting app, and reloading it. Re-setting it up from the app. Can anyone help?
