iHip Headphones: headphones won't turn on

My problem with the iHip headphones is that it won't turn on and when I put it on the charger it will turn red but when I put it on the charger it wouldn't do anything not even make any sounds and after a while I think I noticed that the red light would just go off and the thing is they were working perfectly fine this morning. Does anybody know anything that could help cause I would die if I couldn't use these headphones...

iHip Headphones: One ihip earbud won't charge. How do I fix it?

So I got some new ihip earbuds (right out of the box, mind you. This is my first time using them) and immediately one of the earbuds won't charge or turn on at all. The other earbud is charging fine, and the case is charging. I don't think it's dirt or anything because I just took them out of the box.
I've tried taking the earbud out and putting it back in the case, or adjusting how it's sitting, and it'll charge for a moment and then the light will turn blue instead of red. It won't play any audio or connect to my phone, unlike the other earbud that works perfectly.

Is there a way to fix this?

My ihip soundpods We're down to 10% I put them on the charging station And now they won't turn on and I don't even know if they charged. I've never had this problem before, I have charged them several times in the past , as recently as yesterday, this is a first that they have shown, no life and I don't no why.I haven't had them long they aren't old enough to die, what can I do , I am flying out of town tomorrow and I need them on the plane.
