I have a iClebo robot vacuum and for months now it won't clean and just gives me the C2 error - that it can't detect the floor. I have followed all the trouble shooting in the manual but am still having a problem It is just over a year old.

Arte comes out from the base about 6", spins in circles, says base on the screen. No error code. It is not able to dock into the base, it just sits there until the battery dies. I have cleaned his eyes, checked his wheels, the dust bin is empty, I took out the brush and cleaned it, the side spinning brushes are clean and rotate. I am out of ideas.

One wheel turns with much more friction than the other. Because these two side wheels don’t come out of the robot, it’s hard to inspect the wheel fully. I’ve cleaned away all debris that I have access to and can see, but still it turns poorly. Every time I try to use the robot, I get the error message C4. Is there anything I can do?

using remote control and press base but the robot unable to detect the charging base. the light on the charging base is on but in red light. also the robot will go bank to the charging base but can’t detect and charge.

my name is Hilla and I have 2 problems.

for a long time one of the side brushes is not working. Nevertheless the Robot continued working for some time. Should I buy a new brush or could it be a different problem.
Last week I started having c5 error and I cant seem to detect the source of the problem. The robot does not work.
Is there a service station in Israel?
