Was printing fine with refilled cartridges until a few weeks ago. Black ink got low and replaced with brand new HP black ink. Here's what I've tried multiple times that didn't help. What else can I try please?

-Clean printhead

-Align printhead

-Reset printer by unplugging several minutes

-Printing test page: blue boxes look fine. Yellow, red and blackall have vertical lines and faded colors. Black text is blurry and faded. Test pattern lines do not connect fully.

-Printing 20 black text pages to see if problem "resolved itself" as HP site says!!

He gives me this message when I start the printer and he doesn't read the original cartridges, he gets stuck in the message, and he doesn't let anything else be done.

The cartridges are original, although they were also used compatible.

Who has the knowledge to recover this equipment?

Will it serve even when it doesn't show the ink level of original cartridges?
