It is constantly on and off, and I cannot listen to music like this. I do not press the button or lean up against it. How do I fix this?

I tried it and I liked it but I couldn’t turn it off. I kept holding that circle button over and over but it wouldn’t turn off. I disconnected from the headphones on my phone and it showed the blinking light then tried to turn off but still wouldn’t. Now they are just blinking and I can’t turn it off
