fx-123 quadcopter: One motor not turning the blades. Other three motors working fine.

I tried to pair controller with drone, but failed. I check video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7k323oF... but failed. I read manual, but failed. So can you please let me know how can I pair controller with drone.
