epson stylus nx230: Won't print black, yellow, or cyan ink, despite new cartridges.

Hi all!

So I bought this printer second hand, bought brand new ink for it, and it’s not working. The ink levels say they are full (or near full), the ink tray moves, and the magenta color works fine. But attempting to print in black/white gives me a blank page, and attempting to print in color only registers the magenta ink. I have attempted to clean the inkhead using the diluted water on a paper towel method (several times over several days) and while that did draw out a lot of ink, it’s still not printing anything.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

epson stylus nx230: Only prints in red ink

I posed a question about this a while ago, but I’m gonna do it again with new information. I bought a printer off FB marketplace (and I’m now beginning to understand why it was there), and only one color of ink works. The yellow, cyan, and black will not print. At another user’s suggestion, I bought a flush kit and put cleaning solution through the nozzles of yellow and cyan— black would not go through at all. Even after cleaning out the yellow and cyan, it will only print in magenta. Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you in advanced.

epson stylus nx230: "The network channel assigned to your Wi-Fi network is not supported."

Bought this printer second hand, and it didn’t come with any installation CD. I installed the drivers/utilities/etc available on the Epson website, but when I try to connect my printer to Wi-Fi, I get this message. If I try to manually input my SSID, it doesn’t work. When I try to connect via direct USB cable, I can install successfully, but the printer status says “drivers not available”. I’ve been working on this for the last hour and I’m super frustrated, so any advice would help.
