i using the lighting cable provided charged for whole night but it does not turn on.

So my beatsx were working perfectly fine yesterday but when I tried to use them today they won’t even turn on. When i plug them into the charger the white light comes on. I’ve plugged them into my mac and the software is up to date and it says they are fully charged. I’ve also tried resetting with no luck.. Any help would be appreciated!!

I was using my BeatsX like I do for a normal day … but all the sudden it stopped playing the music.

I thought it might be because of my phone, yet I check the phone it keeps working fine except the headset itself keep showing some sort of pink light (like forever).

However, when I plugged in the charger it keeps charging with red and white blink then turn pink again :/

I’m done with this crap!

beatsx: Beats x: Is upgrading to a 300mAh higher capacity battery a good idea?

My Beats x are a few years old now and the battery no longer lasts more than an hour so I was looking to replace it with a new one. I spotted a seller online advertising a 300mAh battery. I believe the original is ~50mAh. It’s only a few bucks more to buy but I don’t see any reviews online of anyone doing it so I’m concerned that there might be a reason I shouldn’t.

Does anyone have any thoughts on if it’s worth doing?

Hi, I am trying to a replacement battery for my BeatsX A1763 S/N FTTVLLTLJC2H. On the back where the battery is it says: 5V=1Amp. All I can find is 3.8V.

I've spent the last 3 hours trying different ways of fixing my Beats X and none of them have worked. I've tried resetting them, updating them with the Beats Updater, charging them for an hour straight, etc. and they just won't turn on. When I plug them in a white light appears on the power button but as soon as I unplug them it turns off and they don't turn on. Please help if you can

beatsx: Why has the left side of my beats x stopped working?

i just got these for christmas, so three days ago and they have been working perfectly fine. i was wearing them and i decided to lay down while talking to my friend and the left side of them just stopped working. is there anything i can do to fix this problem? i have looked online and the only problems i see people have are with the right side.

beatsx: BeatsX Wiring Diagram on main board

I have a BeatsX that is broken, and it’s not viable for me to fix it, so I decided to try to recycle it, making a wired one from the old speakers and control talk. Those are still fully functional. So in order to do this, I need a wiring diagram or at least the wiring color code for the Left speaker connector (the one with the control talk board), because I have no idea what wire should be connected to what. I’ll try to send an image for better visualization.

Update: I discover that the pink (first wire from bottom to top) is equivalent to the L+ on 3.5 mm jack standard, and the green (last wire from bottom to top) is the equivalent ground. But I still have no idea about the other wires. I tried the folowing:

Black on Ground
Red on M+ (microphone)
Blue on L+
But it didn’t work. I’m not able to discover what wire is what with a multimeter because I’m afraid I’ll break the control talk board if I do so. I tried this based on recommended YouTube videos. Here it goes another image (maybe better than the last one) for better understanding:

Is there a way I can replace the charging port of my beatsx? It looks like it fell out or something and now my headphones won’t charge

It’s kind of hard to see, but it looks like the port is missing. The headphones still turn on because they have some battery life left, but the light doesn’t turn on when I plug them in to charge so something is definitely messed up.

beatsx: Stray threads / wires?

I dug up my old bricked pair of BeatsX buds and though I’d give a stab at replacing them. I’ve been following along to this video. I had some trouble getting the cover to slide off, so some pliers were involved. I successfully desoldered / removed the original battery, but there are some stray threads or possibly wires showing at the end of the connector.

did I break something? I’d like to know before I buy a new battery. Thanks!

I have been trying to repair my broken BeatsX but I need a wiring diagram or a picture od disassembled or at least peeled off wires near the battery enclosure. In layman’s terms, I need to know which colour of the wire goes where on the circuit board of the battery.

I’ve tried to find YouTube videos, but no one ever opens that part.

My earbuds connect to my phone, and are able to play audio for about 45 seconds before they turnoff. I am able to turn them back on after this, but then they disconnect and power down again. How do I fix this?

The right side of my beatsx has completely stopped working and has no volume output that is audible. The light on the power button has also stopped illuminating at all and is not showing the white or red light.

I charged my headphones all last night I tried to turn them on later in the day and they didn’t even have a light, red or white, come on. There’s no visible damage to them and I’ve only had them for a little over 4 months. Can I do something or do I need to use my one year warranty?
