I drop my zune and take the back out, find a little piece missing after the drop. does anybody know what part is? is the nearest one of the hole which is in the center of the main board, near the charge connector. hope you guys got my question, my english is not good.

The device displays a code on the bottom of the screen indicating the item is missing or cannot be played.

I have hooked my zune hd to my receiver using the AV docking station and an HDMI cable. When I select the correct port on the receiver I get nothing, just a blank screen on the TV. When I go to settings it shows TV out as "off" and it will not change to on. I select HDMI auto and still nothing happens.

Zune: Finding the proper screwdriver/wrench

My Zune Zune 4 GB player has small screws that need to be removed to change out the battery. According to battery replacement info on the net they say a t4 screwdriver is needed. I bought one. It does not fit. The screwdrivers I see have 6 prongs on them.

The screws on the player have 3 prongs. Can you tell me or point me to the proper screwdriver/wrench
