I bought this item a few weeks ago and have ran a few loads with no problem until this morning when I heard a scraping noise and noticed as soon as the dryer stopped and spun counterclockwise which is an automatic thing that it does every 20 minutes or so, the scraping sound stopped. When it started to spin clockwise again the scraping sound returned. I cannot find the warranty information and I’m debating on whether or not to just return it if they’ll take it back however it is so large I’m not sure how shipping will work and I am physically disabled so carrying it downstairs isnt quite possible. I would like to know what im looking at as a possible repair to decide if its better to go through my sqaure trade protection or ebay.
