I thought it had something to do with signal, but it happens with my Audible app as well and those books are downloaded. It just randomly pauses whatever I'm listening to, even on Youtube.

So far it's happened on Pandora, Youtube, and Audible. What gives?

ZTE ZMax Pro z981

When I reboot my phone I will continuously get a message on my screen saying "Unfortunately Stock Android has stopped working". I have looked everywhere and spent a couple hours on the net looking for responses on how to fix this with no response... I also cannot get my phone to update using system update.. Any idea on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated..

ZTE ZMax Pro: Chinese Characters Appearing at Bottom of Screen?

My mom came to me with a problem with her phone about how these chinese characters keep popping up on her phone about every 5 minutes or so. I got a look at it and tried to take a screenshot of the characters when they would appear on her phone, but it seemed like it knew when I would try to take a picture of it because when I would try to take a picture of it, it would only show for a split second, while without trying to take a picture of it, it would be on screen for a few seconds. The characters on the phone showed up as follows: 账号SDK进入测试环境 After I was finally able to get a shot of the characters by taking a video, I thought I found the source of what was happening in her file manager and deleted all the files that had SDK in them. 5 minutes later, she is still having the same problem, and I am wondering how I can make this go away. Has anybody else had this problem, or is it something specifically that my mom may have on her phone?

Two questions. first: getting a message unfortunately stock Android has stopped working. second: the touch screen doesn't respond correctly, sometimes it won't do anything then it'll do exactly what you don't want then all of a sudden it seems to work fine and then goes back to doing the same stuff doesn't respond correctly. Hi I have a problem with my zte zmax pro. It will not turn on an the screen has not ever shown an image. If I hold down the volume up and down without the power button it will show up on my pc. It will not boot into recovery or download mode. I was wondering if there was any way to flash stock software staright through my pc sense the phone will appear. Is there any way to flash stock rom without the phone being in recovery mode?

I just replaced the Digitizer & LCD screen assembly one my ZTE Zmax Pro Z981, when i realized....wait....i dont have a Type-C charger nor a wireless charger. I bought the phone from some chick last year for like $3.00 , she caught her man doin stupid stuff, killed the LCD display assembly and i got a really nice phone way cheap, and fixed it myself (with the trusty help from a great teardown/walk thru from the awesome folks here at ifixit.com). I have been searching "Google" from one side to the other, everyway to word "how to charge ZTE Zmax Pro Z981 without a type-c charger, or wireless charger, or even charger at all....people have some very interesting thoughts on "how to", but is there a way that really works? Even just for like 20-30 minutes. I ordered a charger, but my bright light bulb self didn't realize it was coming from Shangsomething China, and id like to power it up to make sure the repair went well until the next three weeks when Chinas snail mail arrives. If anyone can help, youd be blessed with my ZTEs soul forever...thanks.

I have a ZTE Zmax Pro. This is the second phone of this exact model that I've had in the last 4 months, and they both have had the EXACT same flaw. I returned the last one because I thought it was just some manufacturing issue with that particular phone... apparently not.

The phone has randomly decided that it will not unlock or turn on. There is no red light, there is no FTM screen, and there is no android system recovery screen. I can't find anyone with this exact problem anywhere, but it's happened to me twice with two different phones! The screen is completely black aside from the slowly pulsating home button. I've tried charging it regularly, charging it through a computer as suggested, I've tried every single button combination there is, and it won't even so much as vibrate.

I didn't drop it. I keep it far from any moisture. The buttons aren't stuck. The battery was at an 87% charge when the screen went black, and it didn't seem to actually shut down (it looked as though it just locked like normally), so I doubt it's just got a broken charge port like some comments are suggesting.

Please help. I can't afford a third phone. :(
