The media and all the ringers are all not working even though it says it isn't on silent. When I plug in the headphones, then it works and its the only way I can watch videos.

My zte zmax had fell in water. I put it in rice for the water damage to be resolved. Everything works just fine on the phone except I cannot touch my screen for it to do anything. I don't have a lot of money to fix this. What do I need to do to fix this in a cheap way?

ZTE ZMax: Why did the home button and bottom of screen stop working?

A few weeks ago the three buttons (home, back, menu) stopped working out of nowhere. Literally my phone died and when I turned it back on after charging, the buttons no longer worked. I was able to download an app so that I didn't have to worry about it. Now the bottom portion of my screen no longer works. I believe the screen is dying from the bottom up and I don't know why. Please help.

My phone recently started having this issue where I have to move my charger a certain way to charge it. Even then, it stops charging and I have to move it again after about 10 minutes. The port doesn't have pieces sticking out and it doesn't seem loose. I don't know what else it could be.

The Setting (Gear) icon went missing on my home page and I can only suspect I had deleted it somehow.

I can't locate information on how to get it back with all the General settings features, along with the Wireless & Networks Settings, Device, Personal, Accounts, and System settings under that Gear icon. I have no idea how to get them back in the entirety.

My phone does not ring, it just vibrates.

I have tried all of the suggestions, none worked. Tech at Metro says that a Dolby Digital Plus may have been activated which he couldn't delete the app.

ZTE ZMax: Zte zmax front camera not working. Tried everything.

Everything I try to switch to the front camera, it freezes for a few seconds and then says something about the camera is disabled. I've already tried a reboot and factory reset and a clear data and cache and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
