ZTE ZMax: Zte zmax front camera not working. Tried everything.

Everything I try to switch to the front camera, it freezes for a few seconds and then says something about the camera is disabled. I've already tried a reboot and factory reset and a clear data and cache and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I cannot connect my ZTE Z970 to the internet using mobile data. I have pulled down the notification panel and enabled the mobile data but the icon won't show . I have switched ON mobile data still the icon won't show up on the notification panel. I am unable to use my mobile data please what is the solution .

ZTE ZMax: Why did the home button and bottom of screen stop working?

A few weeks ago the three buttons (home, back, menu) stopped working out of nowhere. Literally my phone died and when I turned it back on after charging, the buttons no longer worked. I was able to download an app so that I didn't have to worry about it. Now the bottom portion of my screen no longer works. I believe the screen is dying from the bottom up and I don't know why. Please help.

Yesterday morning my phone was charging and it was at 100% . Ok so later in the afternoon I tried to charge it and it wasn't working. So me and my sister tried to fix it. So she got a bobby pin, got a flashlight, looked inside of the port and the port was down so we got the bobby pin and stuck it in there to pull it up. After we did that we put the charger in and it still didn't work. So I prayed that it wouldn't die and it died so now I have nothing.

So when I use this phone, the charger works only when its shut off for some reason so when I turned it off and charged it, It seemed to be full so when I powered it on, it showed “powered by android” then the metroPCS logo, then after that, it powers off then back on to the “powered by android” screen. I went into recovery and did a factory reset but that showed green vertical lines across the screen and it didn’t turn back on. I then tried to put a recovery image onto the MicroSD card but the phone just said “E:failed to mount /sdcard (no such file or directory) “. Anything else for me to try?

ZTE ZMax: How can I fix my phones headphone input?

I tried putting in an Aux cord into my phone and i noticed it wasn't fitting into my headphone input, so i slightly forced it just a little to go in and while it didn't work i took it out, and inserted my headphones and I noticed that my music was playing but i couldn't hear it through my headphones. I thought it was my headphones for awhile till i actually figured it out that it was the headphone input that wasn't working. I wanna know how can i fix this problem? Can I even fix this problem?

My phone does not ring, it just vibrates.

I have tried all of the suggestions, none worked. Tech at Metro says that a Dolby Digital Plus may have been activated which he couldn't delete the app.

ZTE ZMax: google play store won't open and google play services has gone missing

Everything was fine until yesterday. Google play store icon is there but will not open. Some apps wont open says it needs google play services. When I go to play store on my laptop it looks like google play services is already installed on my phone (cant't pick it on dropdown list).

The media and all the ringers are all not working even though it says it isn't on silent. When I plug in the headphones, then it works and its the only way I can watch videos.

ZTE ZMax: Charging Paused Due to Internal Temperature

I have a ZTE ZMax Pro. It has always worked fine for me. The other day it fell on the floor from my nightstand rather hard. Now, it only works while ON the charger, but it does not charge. It says Charging Paused: device is out of ideal temperature range. However, my phone is not hot. This has not gone away after two days, and I have tried a soft reset, as well as charging from my computer. The percentage charged says 100%, but will not stay on once its off the charger. HELP
