The phone started vibrating and wouldn't stop. I took out the battery and left it out overnight. The vibrating finally stopped but now the screen is completely black.

The entire phone system apps and all everything is negative its not normal color. Its all negative and I don't know how to get it back.

ZTE Warp 4G: Phone pops a blue screen than reboots randomly

My ZTE Warp Elite randomly flashes a blue screen than reboots during operation. I can't pinpoint a software issue (does it while idle, while playing a game, when making a call, ect.). The phone has not gotten wet and has not received any impact damage.

So far I've tried:

1. Soft reset

2. Hard reset (twice, once through droid system, and once through phone reboot menu)

3. Removing everything but the most basic of apps, problem persists.

Not tried:

1. Taking the thing apart and pulling the battery out. This is not an easy task for the layman as the thing is glued together >.< I would prefer not to take it apart in case that would void a manufacturer warranty (if I even have one).

Any help would be much appreciated.

PS I have had this thing about 8 months and have been very happy up until now. As it stands I will NOT be buying another ZTE product

where can i get my cracked screen fixed boost mobile stores do not have the correct tools to do so and i dont want to lose my phone or anything in it.. i also dont have the gmail account info attached to the phone so i would loose all things inside and i dont want to loose anything i have only had it for a month.
