ZTE T81: My screen keeps going blank

Hi the screen keeps going blank randomly and when this happens the phone generally stays responsive when turned. What is the cause of this and is there any way to fix this

ZTE T81: Battery charging problem with new battery

Recently bought a new battery for my T81. When plugged in to charger the indication on screen is "Not charging" regardless of battery level. Phone will charge when off. Phone will also start to charge for some time after a reboot. Some 12 hours later the problem recurs. The original battery charges OK but will not hold charge. I assume the original battery is at the end of its life (approx 5-6 years).

ZTE T81: I am not receiving text messages

My phone has stopped receiving text messages from some people. One of the people has a Samsung Galaxy S6, and we were texting each other a lot with no problem. Then about a week ago, her text replies are no longer coming to my phone.

ZTE T81: Why would stock Android be stopped and why can't I access anything.

Did have virus warnings pop up on phone when going thru websites and thought I'd taken correct steps to take care of them but wall pl paper screen no longer had apps on it and white box saying stick Android has been stopped and reappears instantly when you close box.
