when I got an update it all the sudden it stopped allowing me to type certain letters. it's like it needs to be recalibrated or something.

I turned my phone on and the key board is missing, the only thing that i can see is a microphone shape in the middle and a settings sign on the other side but when i click it nothing happens. i got a new phone but i need to get my pictures and contacts off and i can't get in to do that. someone please help!

I have a tough problem YouTube or google searches don’t help, I’m using a ZTE speed because my current phone is broken, this was my old phone and worked great two years ago when I would mainly use it, but now I have a lot of issues, I always get a notification that the “launcher has stopped”, whenever I try to connect to Wifi, settings stop i have tried everything from factory reset-ing the phone and clearing data, I also cant sign into any google accounts because of this problem, I dont have a laptop of my own so rn im using my schools chromebook its getting me nowhere since I cant download new keyboards or a new launcher to my phone, any suggestions?

My screen is smashed, but i need to download pictures and most importantly text messages that were sent and were not deleted from the phone prior to the smashing of the screen.

It wont register on the computer that it has been plugged in as a usb. But it charges.

What do i do?

I can't get calls from the iPhone 6 but every other phone can reach mine just fine. I can call the iPhone 6 just fine. When I get a call from the iPhone 6 my phone restarts itself. Can anybody help me?

It just won't turn on, I push the power button & nothing happens. There is a little red light on at the top left of the phone. It has a full charge, I turned it off this morning & it just won't turn back on.
