When pressing the power button the device vibrates and the zte logo appears and than it powers off

I have a ZTE Quartz z797z and when I’m online…it drops me from 3G down to 1x ALL the time. if I’m receiving a text simultaneously…it kicks me down to 1x. I flip on airplane mode…then off,..and wait. if a car passes by our house…I’m back down to 1x. I’ve not watched a YouTube video from start to finish without airplane mode EVER… I’ve never encountered this problem with any other device. my husband has a little Alcatel and doesn’t have problems. is the cell signal antenna just a piece if crap? did they forget to install one…period???

ZTE Quartz Z797C: My factory installed camera has completely disappeared...

On my zte z797c smartphone, the factory installed camera has completely vanished. The physical camera is on the phone but the camera app no longer exists. I've tried factory reset; didn't work. I've tried going into the Settings to see if the camera app had been disabled, but it doesn't exist at all in any of the app lists. I tried going to the Launcher and clearing the cache; didn't work. It's like zte built a camera on my phone but didn't install a camera app to make it work. I also tried to just download a camera for Android but it doesn't work because there is no camera data/hardware? on the phone. Please
