my phone isn't turning on even after it says its 100% charged. I plug it into the charger and it comes on the charging screen but ive tried holding down all the buttons at the same time but still no light or anything is coming on.

It’s been about 4 months since this has been happening. My Zte Prestige a few months ago it was just the screen freezing, and as a solution, I smacked it on my lap to work and it did. But know, my screen is either, black, unresponsive, or is showing weird and distorted colors. I think this whole situation all started when I first opened the back of the phone and put it back. Please help me with how to fix it and what not to do with the phone.

The phone tells me that it needs an account that was previously synced before the reset and I do not have one that was in this phone my friend gave it to me he had made a couple of false accounts because his girlfriend kept getting into them so he gave me the phone and I tried to enter my own account but this is the wall I have hit and I need to somehow someway be able to have service on this phone from Boost

I dropped my phone out of my pocket one day on the floor and since then, it wouldn't respond to my finger. The volume and power button works, even the charger. But The Home screen and back buttons don't work anymore. Its just showing the lock screen and not responding to my fingers at all, screen isn't dirty either.

Things i tried/looked up to do:

[x] -unhooked and snapped back into place the ribbon connectors (seen people say it worked but not for me, i had to get to one that was hard to reach due to a stripped screw but managed to get to it.)

[x] -held down power button while battery is out for a minute

[x] Did the knock test on the phone

[x] left the battery out for a hours

I haven't done a factory reset, this is technically my bf's phone and im not sure if his phone numbers are backed up into the sim card he has into it. I'm not sure if its a bad app thats making the phone lag or memory overload. But i can't check to see if thats the case. I went to google play to see what apps i had via computer but not an option to take it off the phone. Could it be a messed up digitizer from what i read?

Any help is much appreciated, i wanted to look for possible solutions before i go buy another phone for us. Which means i have to donate plasma for a few weeks or more than i already have.
