It’s been about 4 months since this has been happening. My Zte Prestige a few months ago it was just the screen freezing, and as a solution, I smacked it on my lap to work and it did. But know, my screen is either, black, unresponsive, or is showing weird and distorted colors. I think this whole situation all started when I first opened the back of the phone and put it back. Please help me with how to fix it and what not to do with the phone.

It may sound weird, but I can power on my phone, like see the ZTE white screen, but it won’t go further than that. I’m doing whatever I can other than a factory reset, because I need my phone asap, and I’ve got a lot of stuff on my phone that I shouldn’t get rid of. I tried other people’s way of turning it on, but my problem seems to vary from that. It’s charging, that wasn’t an issue, ''''and it’s Powered Off. But everytime I turn it On, the screen goes white saying ZTE in big blue letters, and stayed like that for hours. I don’t have the money to get a new phone, and I don’t know where I can get a replacement battery if that’s the problem.

I have assurance wireless. I ordered and swapped my phone. When my service transferred to the new phone it asked for a sim card. I didnt have a sim card with the two previous phones I was given by assurance wireless. Any way to fix it?

Everytime I press my home button and tap all apps the page doesn't load, It just inflates the page like it usually does but instead of seeing all my apps I see two if them zoomed in and a big space in the middle, But I can't see my other apps and if I press any where it opens a random app. Hope you guys can help.
