ZTE obsidian: Why does it keep restarting?

When I power it on it does the normal thing it does when you turn a phone on but the screen goes black and it does it again and keeps doing it over and over again. It won't go to its homescreen.

If I'm trying to play ANY of my games it will give me a error ormessage. If I try to use anything on my phone it gives me error messages.

Makes it very difficult to use my phone sometimes. Sometimes it won't let me play or do anything on my phone. Constantly freezes screen not while I'm on the phone and I can't hear anyone and they can hear me and I have to take the battery put and see if my phone will let me use it. Very annoying
