Hi, I have a ZTE Majesty Pro LTE Z798BL. My service provider is Tracfone/Safelink.

I am attempting to edit my contacts. When I touch the screen, I get a message that says I have disabled required permission. What permission? And how do I re-enable it?

I have a ZTE Z798BL. The phone is about a month old and for no apparent reason, the screen weny black. I still have vibration and hear it doing it's tasks and the red light is on sometimes, but can't do anything without the screen coming on. I try button combinations and get the vibrations and even the powering up sounds. Please help!

Hi, I have a ZTE Majesty Pro LTE Z798BL. My service provider is Tracfone/Safelink.

I'm having trouble saving apps and other data to my microSD Card. All I get are directions to format the SD card, which I've done like 10 times. There doesn't seem to be any directions on the Phone & Feature Guide, nor on the Tracfone Services Guide. I've looked all over the internet. I'm coming up with goose eggs! HELP!

I had just got a ZTE majesty pro from Walmart and when I try and make calls it lasts for a little bit, but when I open other apps while on a call, it crashes, ends the call, and I cannot call that person back but I can call other numbers. My fiance said she tried to call me too but none of our calls or texts would go through to one another for like an hour. What can I do to prevent this from happening? I've tried factory reset and clearing cache and data.

My ZTE Majesty will not let me download apps. I have tried to check the storage but I have plenty. I tried throwing away files by opening file manager and deleting them but I get the error message saying that the file I am trying to delete is a system file. Someone please help!!
