ZTE Lever: help phone synced now will not let me finish hard reset

My phone synced did a factory reset but it will not let me finish the set up its stuck on google account verify. It says that it has to be an account that was previously synced on the device... I only have one Google account but when I enter in the address and password it goes back to the same screen,,,, what do I do

I've had to bend and play with the cord to get my zte lever to charge. Now it is getting harder to do, charging extremely slow, and not holding charge for very long. I ordered a new battery and charging port but need to know if it has to be soldered on. I have no way of doing that part. Please help. Can anyone direct me to a how to manual? I have never worked on this phone before.

Also, I have tried other cords and it has the same results. I also do not have a warranty anymore. I am trying my best to get it fixed myself.

I go to use my camera an when I click the app it shows a picture of me looking at myself. But it does not give me the option to switch the camera.

ZTE Lever: Is my battery faulty due to charging?

My phone currently is charging very slowly. I will turn the phone off while it charges for hours and it only charges maybe like an extra 10%. If I charge it while it's on, instead of charging up, it charges backwards if that makes sense. Also, it will only charge in a certain position. I've tried different chargers and even charged to different computers, and I still receive the same result .
