I received a text and my screen stuck after I responded to the text. I'm getting alerts and phone calls, but my screen is still stuck on the text thread and not responding to touch. I'm not able to turn off, restart or answer calls.

My phone doesn't open up apps or swipe. The only parts that are functional include the bottom 3 buttons. I would like to fix it on my own if possible so is there something that needs to be replaced?

The buttons on the side of my phone just stopped working this morning. I press them and it doesn't adjust my volume. I can adjust the volume through the settings tab but would really like for my volume buttons to work I had just bought this a week ago.

I've gotten my phone fixed and it was working perfectly fine until I dropped it. After that my phone wouldn't work then went to go get it fixed again but it still won't turn on. I don't know if it's the charger port or the battery or maybe it's the screen. But either way this phone had a lot of information in it and I need help.
