ZTE Grand S II: Can't Open List of all Apps on Device

This might be an odd question, but I’ve been experiencing this issue since I’ve had the phone and I haven’t been able to find an answer for it online. Whenever I hit the onscreen “all apps” button that takes you to a list of all apps on the phone, I’m always presented with a really zoomed-in version of the list that shows two apps out of the entire list. I’ve attached a picture of what I mean.

As you can see, Discord and Docs are both visible, and I can still open them, but I can’t access any other apps from this screen. I can’t figure out how to stop it from doing this. It seems to be random when this issue triggers, and when it stops again. Any fix that I think I find (hitting the power button, closing all apps, pressing and holding the app list button) fails to consistently solve the problem. I’m out of ideas and I still have no clue what’s causing this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ZTE Grand S II: Can't get by wifi on set up after factory reset

I have a ZTE five2 & I performed a factory reset on it. Then when setting back up I can not get past the select wifi page because no wifi is available. How do I get by this to set up phone or do I have to have wifi?????

The phone dropped and its digitizer was cracked and input stopped. The display is working and OK. I got a new digitizer from supplier in China.

ZTE Grand S II: My Rear Camera is not functioning when I click on camera icon

I bought ZTE Grand SII last week from Flipkart. Mobile is very good works fine but from last two days when i click on Camera Icon on the mobile the camera do not start. It shows but goes off and come out. I can not take pictures by my camera. Hence cant even use my front camera too.
