since my phone power button is broken i always have to charge my phone before it shuts off,due to the power button is broken and then i wont be able to turn it on.Butyesterday morning i saw MY PHONE SHUT OFF because i forgot to charge it the day before.so i rlly need help how can i turn on/restart my phone without using the power button cuz obiously its broken plz help quick.

I was texting on my ZTE Blade Z Max, and it froze. Completely, volume and all. The touch screen won't work at all. (Mind you, it's not cracked at all.) And even when I plug it up to charge, it doesn't make a peep. Does vibrate, I don't even get notifications. And would ty and power it off, but my power buttons EXTREMELY tedious, not to mention I can't even see if the menu thingy would come up because it's frozen. I need help. FAST.

I factory reset the phone, I've changed my APN (by going to my service provider and letting it send it to my phone itself), I have gone into safe mode with no luck, and there is no Wi-Fi calling on this phone. sometimes when I'm at work and there's no service it says I have no SIM card. then usually restart the phone and it comes back. when I make a call it says airplane mode is on but it's not at all. and when I shut down my phone sometimes it'll say airplane mode is on. I turn off airplane mode it'll show the outline of the bars for signal but there are no bars in there. and yes I have service I checked my data plan on the website. I don't have this phone ZTE Blade Z Max. I have the ZTE Citrine

Hello! I was being dumb, and decided to blow compressed air into the bottom of my cellphone. It severely damaged the microphone's diaphragm. Now it requires that I scream into the mic hole for it to pick up any sound at all. The microphone that I need a replacement for is the one located on the bottom of my phone, next to the charging port. Is there any way I might be able to get just the microphone for replacement?

My ZTE Z Blade Max shows that the home button has its light on, and is off. I keep trying to turn it on, but it vibrates then turn back off and continues with the light on. I even have tried with the charger plugges in. Same result. I was able to figure out the device has half its battery used. I try to restore the device but it decides to turn back off after trying to reset it.

Customer gave me a phone stating that the screen went black. I saw that it was cracked so I replaced the lcd screen. I try to power on and nothing is happening. I asked the customer was the phone on when it went black he stated yes. I asked how did he know he stated because his watch still showed it was connected to the phone.

ZTE Blade Z Max: Why won't phone let me use tool bar, lock screen or home and menu bts?

I can't access the lock screen, use the home and menu buttons, or access the full tool bar unless I use it right after I turn it on. The rest of the time no matter how far I slide it down it doesn't go beyond the partial one. Even after completely shutting off my phone it still won't show the lock screen. (The sleep mode option doesn't show up in the menu that pops up when holding down the power button.) I've tried everything from booting it to safe mode to resetting the settings to uninstalling apps that could be the problem to even turning on accessibility mode to no avail. My phone first started doing this after I turned it back on one night after accidentally turning it off while on the charger and it's been stuck this way ever since. What's more, I can't download ANYTHING, so no SuperSU or home button app to remedy this (I've never had SuperSU or apps of the like to begin with). The only button that works is the back button. The other two light up and make a noise, but don't actually do anything beyond that. Please, PLEASE help me. I can't take this anymore.

Hey I have replaced battery and charger port/headphone board in my z982 and nothing.. I know theses parts are the right one after trial and error. I get no light up with just charge wire.. Have tried different charge wire and source.. Next going to order flex cable from port to main board any sugesdtions?? Please help.. i screwed up on first charge port and put one in. I ordered one that didn't have I.C. on it and it lit up then nothing there after that did I burn something else up?? Help I love my blade Z Max but it's gotta work !

So just today I accidentally spilled water both slightly into the charging port and into the headphone jack, so as my Bluetooth headphones are connected the phone is saying that there is something connected in the headphone jack. I can clean it using a q tip but then the symbol will appear again
