My model z983 stopped functioning correctly out of nowhere, the drive application keeps popping up over and over and says it doesnt work as well as the launcher 3 before turning off. wont let me enter any apps and kicks me off my gallery saying that theres insuffficent space when there definitely is

I recently bought a Blade ZTEX. Everyday now I've regretted it. It freezes can't do nothing until phone is ready. Auto spell spells what it wants no matter how I want to spell . I want to take pictures n it comes up not enough space delete some pictures. For one I have 32-34 gas internal and 16 gas external. How can I not have room? I can text or b on phone my phone will buzz letters n numbers are gigantic. I have turn phone off then back on. (not all the way off)

Would someone please help me. Before I just throw it out Thank you

ZTE Blade X Max: Phone shuts off at 15 to 20% battery

I own the ZTE Blade X Max from Cricket. Recently I've had some issues with the battery life. Having any form of internet on drains a full charge in 3-4 hours, even when not in use. The battery life is great when WiFi or mobile data are switched off. Also, the phone will occasionally suddenly switch from anywhere from 15 to 20% straight to 0 and shut off automatically. When I plug the charger in after this, it instantly says the battery is at whatever percentage it shut off at. Anyone have any idea what I should do? I have already done a hard reset and it didn't help.
