It got wet. It's flashing back and forth from "ZTE" to BLACK SCREEN at approximately 7 second intervals. It also vibrates like it does when normally operating.

I can not turn it completely off as there is no change like the phone isn't recognizing any function I try other than, when holding up/power it will stay black as long as I hold it. Also, with all other kind of holding buttons to factory reset.

Is this thing now dead?
