ZTE Axon 7: Why is half of my screen not viewable due to static screen?

Half of my phone screen is static (hope I described that the right way) wish I could add a picture of the problem..

The entire screen still respond to touch but because of the staitc I can only see half of the content on the screen.

All of the other functions of the phone work properly.

I think the cause of the problem I due to the phone overheating while I was multi tasking, I admit I pushed the phone to it's limits.

I love my Axon 7, can someone please help me get it work back properly?

Goodday fellow tinkerers and maniacs!

Wondering how to fix a bug that occurs when booting my ZTE Axon 7 (A2017G).

Most of times it starts with 15 times rebooting when switched on, but eventually there sparks light in my fancy paperweight.

My tagged picture explains what my phone has regarding visual symptoms, and after using the phone for 2 min the screen works again.

But if I cease my gentle handeling of my sick friend it suddenly decides to shut down again.

Anyone knows what part I should replace internally?

Oh, and yes. After updating to Android 8.0 all my VR apps like DayDream just went: NO. NO SPUPPORTO CHINISO PHONO!

Downloading a rollback flash off the ZTE site atm with 500 kb/ps…

ZTE Axon 7: Can't use keyboard on my phone

The last few days, whenever I need to use the keyboard to text, I get a pop-up that says Keyboard crash fixed with a yes at the bottom. I thought maybe it was an update so I pressed yes. Then it says that my phone won't allow for unauthorized apps and it sends me to settings. I have tried turning off my phone. I was able to send one text and then it would popup again. I don't know if I should turn the authorization on or not. Has anyone else experienced this? I was not having any trouble with the keyboard before this.

ZTE Axon 7: I forgot my password and the hard reset option is not in the menu

So I forgot my password and tried reseting it to factory reset, the problem is that when i am on the boot menu it won’t give me the option to restore to factory settings/ wipe.

ZTE Axon 7: Repair for sightly bent screen? Display on left is gone

I had my ZTE in my pocket and it bent sightly. The left side of phone, vertically, display is gone. Gone as in unorganized pixels. Like a grey static screen.

When I follow the steps for hard reseting it doesn't show me the option for factory reset, it just shows:

-Reboot system now

-Reboot to bootloader

-Wipe Chache partition

-Mount /system

-View Recovery logs

-Power off

-System Check

ZTE Axon 7: No sound when placing and receiving calls

When receiving a phone call, the phone vibrates but there's no notification. When I answer, neither person can hear anything.

When placing calls, the call screen doesn't pop up and I don't hear any ringing (but it does connect the call). When the person answers, neither of us can hear anything.

Currently running Resurrection Remix OS, Beast Mode Kernel, TWRP.

I have also tried rooting, un-rooting, factory reset, replacing the boot loader, replacing the ROM, and replacing the kernel.

I bought phone 3 months ago and it worked fine until today. I push the power button to start it and it goes through the normal procedure until the screen opens up as expected but then immediately shuts down and restarts opening procedure and same thing happens over and over.

Battery have 65% real capacity after 2y of use

so i wanna buy new 3140mAh battery

Where i can buy new original 3140mAh ?

With 2019 production date if possible (???)

I know aliexpress have tons MAYBE ORIGINAL batteries but i dont trust them.

Is there any official Zte store where i can buy this battery ?

ZTE Axon 7: Can't remember my pin, won't unlock with fingerprint

I don't ever remember putting in a pin into the phone. I always use my fingerprint. It has just restarted after updates & says I need to enter my pin, but will not accept my fingerprint. How can I use my phone? Please help :(

my phone started by stopping music playing, so yesterday it just went off and never went on again, it would do the usual display of logging on and when I'm waiting for main screen to pop up it shuts down immediately.

I have factory reset my phone 5 times and it stops for a day then comes back. The next know it still happens detectly after the rest
