Does this unit have fuses? What else would cause it to shut down immediately after power button is pressed on?

I have it plugged into a live outlet, and press the power button it doesn’t turn on. Just had a blinking red light and does nothing.

Yamaha rx-v673: Volume Control Via Remote Is Out of Control

Hi, the volume control on my Yamaha RX-V473 receiver works fine using the dial on the device however when adjusting the volume via remote it will scroll itself either to full or mute.

Its not the remote as I tried using a Logitech Harmony 300 and it does the same thing.
