Yamaha PSR-195: Why is my Yamaha PSR-E253 automatically keeps on playing tempo?!

My yamaha keyboard (Piano) PSR-E253 automatically plays tempo right after I turn the keyboard on. Or even after a minute while playing some chords. I love to play the piano but I get mad since while i play some chords for a song then the tempo plays and music starts to play. I pressed the Portable Grand Piano then it switches to tempo again!. I don’t know what to do. Pleaseee helppppppppp.

Update (03/23/2020)

Hi. Thank you for answering. @jayeff

Umm… I don’t even know if it is on or off. How do i know?.

Theres a button that says Function in here.

And if I press on it it’s like you choose something… and theres something called YourTemp….. I pressed some minus sign and it says off but still I don’t know if it.s the tempo function. It still keeps on playing tempo.

Yamaha PSR-195: All the keys from G to C on the right side of the board do not work

I have marked the keys that do not work in red on the image below.

I have taken apart the keyboard and came to the conclusion that the issue could possibly be the resistors on the board under the keys. I was unable to locate any schematics or information about the board and I am unable to identify what resistors they are.

The image is not super clear, I will have to get a better one when I get a chance to do so.

Yamaha PSR-195: Yamaha P 115 not opening whilst the recording lights are flickering.

Apologies if I got wrong device but there wasn’t an option to my instrument, hence I just picked out a random one, but I digress. Recently (or at least for the past weeks) I haven’t been playing my piano due to this issue that I’ve been encountering on multiple occasions. There are times that I can open my piano perfectly with no problems, then there are times that I can open it with no sounds, and the recording lights are flickering on and off nonstop. If there’s any way that I can fix this, it would be awesome to lend an helping hand on this one. Thanks and have a great holiday!
