• Turning off : cannot turn it off using the button, but can use the screen and choose the menu option
  
• Cannot "wake it up" after it goes to sleep, but can put it on the charger to wake it up ... would mean that Miguel has to carry a battery and charger with him
  
• Cannot turn it on ... solution is the same as waking it up

Everything else works perfectly

Does anyone have experience of taking this watch apart and/or repairing.

Contacted Xplora but they said go back to where I bought it, which doesn't help because it is out of warranty.
