I have updated my Sony Xperia 5 III mobile a week back. From yesterday I am seeing a vertical Green line on mobile screen. The phone is not dropped and no physical damage was happened but I am facing this green line issue. Can you suggest a way to fix it

Xperia 5: Phone bricked - shows up as 'SOMC Flash Device' in device manager

Phone is otherwise unresponsive.

No response to reset buttons
No response on charging (not even charging LED)
Tried unplugging the battery and plugging in again
Tried not touching it for a few days (hopefully the battery would have discharged)

Tried one phone repair shop who couldn't do anything - though they weren't experts. I don't need a full/permanent fix of the phone - just need to find a way to recover a few files...

On one computer it shows up as 'SOMC Flash Device' in device manager, on another as 'QUSB_BULK_CID:xxxx_SN:xxxxxxxx'. Both messages apparently mean the phone is in EDL mode.

Any one had something similar/know a way to get out of this?

well one day i was using it then suddenly i noticed that i cant open my phone with fingerprint. at first i thought there might be dirt or something on my finger or on the sensor but when i cleaned it nothing worked and i had no choice except to restart it but that didn't work so that night i thought if i turn it off for some time maybe it'll work but when i woke up next morning to check it, it was still the same, that day i updated my security and phone restarted it self and the sensor started working again and finger print sensor showed up again in the setting, fast forward couple days, it started doing this again but this time i tried the same method but this time it did not worked and now i can only open it with the pin and its so annoying.

when mobile fell down from a small height it stop working. Beacuse of integrated circuit blast inside the mobile. Which is also not availabe on sony repair or on other websites
