I let my Mi Band go to 0% battery and now it won't charge at all. I see now on the web that I wasn't supposed to let it go to 0% but my instructions came in Chinese so I had no idea. PS I wouldn't buy anything from them again because their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Hi,

I have an MI Band 2 which I haven't used in a while but when I plugged it to charge, it started charging but after a couple of seconds it shows as battery is full and it vibrates continuously. When disconnected the device doesn't turn on and while connected again to the charger the same issue occurs. Any suggestions as to how can this be resolved.

Does aynone tried to replace the batteriy in the watch? It seems my watch battery capacity reduced. Last depleeting cicle took only 15day but usualy it took 30-45day to drop to 15%. What kind of battery can be used to replace the original?

My device is only 07 months old ( out of warranty)……it only holds charge for about an hour or so….and when you plug it back in….it shows fully charged in about 5 minutes but after removal from the dock….holds charge for only an hour or so……All this happens on custom watch faces…..

My Mi band 4 was last used in about almost a year because I lost its charger I ordered one on ebay when it came I tried charging it but it wasn't showing any charging screen I kept pressing the button on it, still nothing only vibrating.
My screen is just not turning on and after 10-15 minutes i go to press the button on the watch it vibrates 2 times and then does nothing.
