After reaching home at 5:30 AM, I kept my Redmi Note 5 Pro to charge at 27% and I slept. When I awoke at 9 AM, the phone was fully charged. I took my phone and began to scroll. After almost 20 minutes, my phone got stuck and hung. This phone is quite old, so it keeps crashing sometimes. I powered it off by pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons. However, when it turned off, it never turned back on. I tried my best to turn it on by charging it and using other methods, but it was not working. Can anyone please help me with this problem?
